- What should I do if I'm running late for my booking?
While we can't promise that we'll be able to fit you in, the best thing to do is turn up as close to your booking time as possible (remember, your arrival time is 10 minutes before the session is due to start) and our team will do everything to get you sorted. Please be aware that this may include shorter playtime.
- What is the age suitability?
We have games and activities suitable for ages 0 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children.
- Do I have to book in advance or Can I turn up on the day?
Yes, you can turn up on the day and pay on the door if there is availability. We always advise booking in advance to avoid disappointments, some of our sessions sells out very quickly.
- How does pricing work for Game Ticket?
We have different pricing for weekdays and weekends plus bundle offerings so the amount will change depending on your choice and when you want to visit us! You'll be able to see prices when you're booking your tickets.

Yes, we certainly do. Here at GAMER X, we try and make sure we can accommodate anyone who want to join us. We have an accessible entrances, lifts as well as dedicated disabled toilets.
- Do you do parties at Gamer X Chorley?
Yes, we offer unforgettable parties unlike any other. With our fantastic amenities and delicious fresh food, you're guaranteed to create lasting memories for your child or group. - How do I book for a large group?
You can create a booking for up to 50 players for any standard booking via the Book Now button at your chosen venue. Please note, that larger bookings, it is subject to venue availability.
- Can you hire out the Gamer X venue?
Most of our venues offer full venue hire, you can find out more on what your closest venue offers by heading over to our party package page. Please note, that full venue hire is subject to location.
- Can I bring external food into the venue?
At this moment, we kindly request that no outside food be brought into our venues. We understand the importance of celebrating with a birthday cake! If you're planning to bring one, please reach out to your venue, and we'll explore the possibility of accommodating this special treat.

We sure do, we have a street food cafe on site at majority of our attractions, serving a variety of food to keep the hunger at bay while you enjoy your visit. We also stock an array of refreshments from pop, slushes, coffees and of course water.
